(3) M&A Intermediaries Association may investigate whether the actions taken by parties involved in an M&A transaction are malicious, cause significant loss or adverse effects to the parties or related individuals, and severely hinder the integrity of M&A transactions. If such actions are deemed to fall under these categories, the association will register the party on the list of designated business entities it manages and respond to inquiries from members of the information-sharing system by confirming the registration status and details. This information will serve as one factor for members to determine whether to provide M&A brokerage or advisory services.

Consignment of handling of personal information

We may outsource the acquired personal information to subcontractors to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use. In this case, we will conclude a non-disclosure agreement with the subcontractor and conduct necessary and appropriate management and supervision to ensure the safe management of the personal information to be subcontracted.
