Since our company conducts business in cooperation with various people, I felt that it was necessary to build a permanent business model, but I thought that it would be a little late to actually think about M&A.
When I received the proposal from the M&A Research Institute Inc., I was a bit uncertain at first. As I actually met and talked with Mr. Takahashi, the advisor in charge, I was able to gradually trust him.
When I talked with the owner of the transferee company, I thought that the direction was similar, such as the way of thinking about customers and there was cooperation with financial institutions. Also, since it is a SaaS company, I thought that the image of the industry would be casual, but I got a solid impression of the financial industry. I felt a sense of closeness to our company in that serious atmosphere, and the image of working together came up.
